Before installation, you need to install OpenCv and Pip on it.

After those installations, run these commands:

sudo apt-get install python3-numpy
sudo apt-get install libblas-dev
sudo apt-get install liblapack-dev
sudo apt-get install python3-dev
sudo apt-get install libatlas-base-dev
sudo apt-get install gfortran
sudo apt-get install python3-setuptools
sudo apt-get install python3-scipy
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install python3-h5py

# Then install tensorflow and keras
pip install scipy
pip install cython
pip install tensorflow
pip install keras

This is one of the easist way to install it.
