2First of all you need to know NLP (Natural Language Processing). NLP is responsible for understanding your text, context, differentiate the semantics of it and many other things. It's a different path of AI, which starts from words (like ward2vec). The application part is one of easest part, cause all you need is to connect Interface to you NLP model.
